I on-sited this MVA on Fountain Street in Ashland during a fast moving snow storm that impacted the area. The vehicle had lost control on an intersecting street causing it to slide down a steep hill, crossing Fountain Street and started down a steep embankment before coming to rest against a small tree. The driver was still in the vehicle with heavy brush causing the door to be pinned shut. The driver was able to self extricate themselves out the passengers side and was transported with minor injuries.
